When we moved into the Shefford area 9 years ago a neighbour recommended a vets in another village. Our dog was very poorly but the vets we went to kept us waiting over 2 hours later than our appointment and then said they couldnt do any blood tests that day. The whole experience was traumatic. THEN WE. DISCOVERED BERRY HOUSE VETS IN SHEFFORD AND WE WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE,The staff have always been fantastic. In the 9 years we have sadly had to put our dog and two rabbits to sleep and the care and support we have received has been exceptional. We now have two cats and a dog, our oldest cat is now poorly with a life long condition and yet again the vets have been just fantastic. My dog loves the vets so much that if we walk past the building and the light is on, she wont budge until I take her in and she usually ends up getting a treat and a drink! If you are looking for kind and caring vets who dont charge ridiculous prices then Berry House is for you. In Shefford, ask to see Michelle or Laura who both go above and beyond on every visit we have made.
