Most of the staff are very helpful but the Manager is unfortunately both unhelpful and very rude. I understand we all have challenges at work and sometimes would rather be elsewhere but nobody should be spoken to or treated that way. Not just one occasion either.
Have asked several times for them to put a note on the the system requesting they don't supply me with certain brand of medicine. The note is on the system but they repeatedly ignore it and I always end up having to give medication nack and go elsewhere. I have now stopped using this pharmacy partially due this issue but also the waiting times and un friendliness of staff. Now I have switched back to lloyds pharmacy in the town and on turning up the pharmacist remembered my request from 2 years ago!!! You dont get that kind of service st shefford pharmacy, I wont be switching back.

Friendly pharmacy staff and a useful addition to that end of town. Is in the same building as the local doctors surgery, which is very handy, especially if there's a query with your prescription. Is often very busy though.
Usually good and staff are generally helpful, but had another issue with a medication pick up. There was confusion, which could have been resolved very quickly has the staff answered my call. Then had to put up with a manager coming on the phone telling me to improve my communication!! (Not great customer service, there are ways to speak to people!) Like I said, service is very staff dependant!
