Just ordered a donner burger and got a donner wrap apparently there the same when we phoned back they need learn to tell the difference 1 has burger the other don't bloody idiots
Don't bother took 2 hours to deliver 3 items when we rung after an hour and 15 mins to see if it was coming we was told it hadn't even left the shop and then they just put the phone down food was cold and services was shocking stuff rude take your custom somewhere else
Called for delivery at 8.15 and called twice last being at 10 and order hadn't even been done and sent out which I got told it was! A real piss take. Absolutely shocking! Wouldn't recommend to anyone and will definitely not be using them again!! Jokers!!
The food was good but not enjoyable as the customer service was terrible, it felt to me like all the staff were arrogant, as to think they are doing you favour by letting you order from them. Over several times over one evening we was lied to by staff / owners over our order and even acted belligerent when caught out.- 2 Hours Late- Rude Telephone Skills- Incorrect food - Missing foodOverall 1 / 5 food was good, but I will not be returning due to staff issues, if they could sort out on going problems then I would consider returning.
Just ordered a burger took 1 hour and 10min was told 20. Burger was raw and chips were like cardboard. No apology when phoned to complain.
