After being put on hold for at least 20 minutes, every option requested came back to the same question over and over again. The last lady said that she would stay on the line until I got an answer, 6 minutes in and she also put me on hold.. Shocking customer service . I only want to know what happened to my bloody bin? Disappeared during refuse collection ??
Way to make yourselves a complete laughing stock with claims of a fake speed camera causing a distraction to motorists. Who did you pay to come up with that one?I trust all cameras in Bedfordshire will now be removed, due to being a "distraction"?I'd very much like to see you in court explaining your nonsense to the magistrate. They'll rip you apart! I may even attend the case.
For the past 3 days Ive been trying to reach the council , first day I requested call back , they actually gave me a missed call just before closing,which I find quite funny I called straight back the council was closed . The past2 days been on hold for at least 70 mins . Ridiculous
I have repeatedly reported overgrown bushes and trees to the pathways all along Toddington Rd, Harlington, Dunstable, LU5 6LA which is forcing people to walk into the road way which is very dangerous as the road is narrow with fast moving traffic with blind bends. PLEASE CUT THESE SHRUBS AND TREES BACK
Highly unimpressed by the fact that central Bedfordshire Council sent out a letter about a noise complaint to my neighbour in error, due to staff incompetence and are refusing point Blank to send an apology letter.The letter sent to my neighbour contained a complaint that I had apparently made. If the staff would actually bother to go back and listen to my phone call they would realise that I have not made this complaint and maybe understand why I am so fuming that this has now been put in a letter and sent to my neighbour and has now caused more problems than we have in the first place.You will be hearing from my solicitor with regards to this matter in due course if this problem is not resolved.I have spent hours on hold trying to get through to the relevant person to deal with this. Staff are rude and continually hang up the phone or don't bother to call me back as promised. Staff are also unclear about the procedures that they follow because every agent that I have spoken to has a different idea about how their procedures should work.I am obviously not the only disgruntled customer judging by the distinct lack of five star reviews for central Bedfordshire Council
